The ADMS innovation FTI workplan comprise 5 Workpackages (WP) as follows:
- SmartGrid Active Distribution Management Systems Market Analysis - (a) how best to maximise presence and profile in the SmartGrid ADMS market (b) Specify ADMS market deployment requirements.
- ADMS Productisation for Operational Pilots Use: From current TRL6 to TRL8 for operational use, and integrating the components (shown in 1.3) into a streamlined ADMS.
- Fast Track Innovation Pilots and Evaluation. 12 months pilot ADMS trials at 4 DSO reference sites, to validate user experience, utility, usability and acceptability. A solid foundation for commercial deployment.
- Commercialisation – Dissemination and Communications: Continuous (a) Evolving the current business plan, based on the pilots’ experience and feedback, (b) Identifying potential collaborators and investors. Complemented by a proactive dissemination to create awareness and sign-up by DSOs.
